By commissioning me you agree to the following:
I, as the Artist...
- Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
- Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.
- Maintain the right to turn down any commission.You, as the Client...
- May NOT reprint your commission for a profit.
- May NOT use my art for any AI learning.
- MAY print your commission for personal use.
- May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.
- May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.
- May request small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.
Payment & Refunds
- Payment is via Paypal and in EURO.
- Commission begins only when payment is received.
- REFUNDS: I allow full refunds before I've begun work and no refund once I've started or finished your piece.
